Tap the "Add" button, enter your habit name, set your daily goal (1-10 times), choose an icon and color. You can also set a commitment cadence — either every day or only on specific days of the week — then tap "Create".
Simply tap the habit on your main screen. The number will increase and your streak will update when you reach your daily goal.
Your streak will reset to 0, but your total completions remain. Don't worry - just start building your streak again the next day.
Yes. Tap edit or delete buttons, when habit is unfolded.
You can enable iCloud Sync in the App settings to automatically back up and restore your habit data across devices. If iCloud Sync is off, your data is stored locally on your device — make sure to regularly back up your device to avoid losing your progress.
Yes. When creating or editing a habit, choose "Specific days" under the commitment cadence option and select which days of the week apply. Your streak will only be counted on your chosen days.
The app is designed to focus on building consistency with a manageable number of habits rather than overwhelming you with too many.
