Thank you for using Streak - Habit Tracker (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App. We believe in keeping things simple and protecting your privacy.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or location. We don't ask for or store personal details.
To help us improve the App, we collect anonymous usage analytics. This includes events such as adding, editing, or deleting habits and logging check-ins, along with habit metadata (name, icon, color, daily goal). These events contain no information that personally identifies you.
All your habit tracking data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync in the App settings, your data will also be stored in your personal iCloud account so it can be restored or synced across your devices. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Anonymous analytics are used solely to understand which features are most useful and to guide future improvements to the App. We do not use this data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
We do not share your habit data with anyone. Anonymous analytics events are processed by PostHog, our analytics provider, under a data processing agreement. No personally identifiable information is included in these events.
The App uses PostHog for anonymous usage analytics. PostHog receives aggregated, non-personal event data to help us improve the App. No advertising networks or other tracking services are used. You can learn more about PostHog's data practices at posthog.com/privacy.
If you enable iCloud Sync, your habit data is stored in Apple iCloud under your Apple ID and subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Your local habit data is as secure as your device. iCloud data is protected by your Apple ID credentials and Apple's security infrastructure. We recommend keeping your device and Apple ID secure with appropriate locks and strong passwords.
Our App does not collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under 13. The anonymous analytics events we collect contain no personal details. The App is safe for users of all ages.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
